THE GABRIEL PROJECT NEEDS YOUR HELP!
Presently 14 pregnant mothers are waiting to get help from the Gabriel Project. They are expecting to deliver their babies at various times over the next 7 months. Women Angel Friend volunteers are urgently needed to assist these mothers and can thereby make a big difference in the lives of these mothers and their families. The usual time commitment is 1-2 hours per month. This includes keeping in touch with them via text, phone, or e-mail during their pregnancy; bringing them needed items, such as diapers, baby clothes, formula, etc., that are provided by the project; and praying for them. Men are also needed to deliver and assemble cribs or to pick up donations once or twice per month. We have several husband-and-wife teams presently assisting. Encounter School of Ministry Summer Intensive

The Summer Intensive program is back again at the DC Encounter School of Ministry Satellite
Campus. Each year hundreds of Catholics come to be renewed in their love of the faith and the
Church. This program affirms our call to live as children of God and gives practical tools to
experience the Holy Spirit first-hand. The ESM model is built around teachings on the faith that
are centered around scripture and vetted by top-notch Catholic theologians and scholars. Each
teaching is followed by individual and partner exercises designed to help you pray and listen to
God in the depths of one’s heart. The transformation we experience from encountering Jesus
propels us to be disciples, and heralds of the New Evangelization.
Each evening focuses on a different topic from the first year of the 2-year ministry school. These
topics are foundational for a Catholic walking with the Holy Spirit: Identity, Prophecy, Healing,
Inner Healing and Freedom.
